• Service Suspension upon Subscription Expiry: All program services are halted upon the subscription's expiration.
• Complimentary Points with Initial Subscription: The initial subscription includes 720 free points (used for downloading Toyota files and torque lifting services).
• Modification and Cancellation Services for One Year: These services are provided without any additional charges.
• Some Services are Paid: For example, original Toyota file downloads and torque lifting services, if available.
• Company's Right to Modify the Program: The company reserves the right to modify the program entirely or partially for the purpose of program development without consulting the subscriber.
• Company's Right to Refuse Renewal: The company may refuse to renew the subscription for any user if there are legal reasons in the user's country or if the user's program usage contradicts the company's principles or causes societal harm.
• Subscription Expiry: The subscription ends upon completing a full year.
• Disabling Available Credit: Available credit within the subscription is disabled upon completing the subscription period.
• No Refund Policy: No amounts can be refunded once paid and after the subscription is activated and the balance is loaded.
• Technical Support: Technical support is provided only when the program stops, and it is not provided for cars or in the check sume account.
• Continuous Internet Connection: The subscription requires a continuous internet connection, and the customer is solely responsible for providing it. The subscription cannot be canceled in case of internet failure or similar issues in the customer's country.
• Company Headquarters: The company's main office is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Branch Offices and Distributors: We have branch offices in several countries and distributors.
• Price Calculation: The subscription and point prices are calculated in US dollars and their equivalent based on the payment country.
