How to Activate PCMtuner and Get VR Account?

1. When you get the device, please download and install the software first.

2. After installation, it will ask"Do you want to Register this device", please click "Yes", then follow the prompts information to register it.

3. After registration, please send us the email which you plan to register the device, Then we will activate your account.

1) support.vz-performance.com: User Name is your registered Email and Password is the PCMtuner Serial Number. This account will be used for tuner support. It has VR file and many damaos there.

2) www.tuner-box.com: User Name is your registered Email and Password is the PCMtuner Serial Number. This account will be used for checking the support list of PCMtuner, creating ticket support tool user etc.

What can we do when we have this account ?

2) Professinal tuner can donwload our WinOLS damaos, A2L, map package( as we all know, these data very expensive when you go to order, dont worrry, we do not charge our users any fee. )

There are 2 types of update:

The first being the pcmtuner front end, which is currently on its 1.2.7.

The second of course is the actual pcm-flash application to read/write ECUs.

Current work is in regards to mg1/md1, edc16, med9, and rover, which are all under going development and testing.

Pcmtuner software can be updated online continuously.

Software program will show you an Update available when a new version comes out.

Two Ways to Update Old KTM Bench/ KTM 3 In 1 to PCMtuner:

1. You are offered to buy PCMtuner Dongle alone, to update your KTM BENCH1.2 or KTM 3 in 1 to get new functions of PCMtuner

2. You can send the old dongle of KTM BENCH1.2 or KTM 3 in 1 to us to exchange dongle of PCMtuner

Some ECU must be read through OBD connection (common in modules 58, 53, 71). If you have removed these ECUs from car, you cannot directly read them on bench or boot mode.

You have to read these ECUs via OBD on bench mode. Connect pcmtuner ecu programmer with godiag gt105 breakout box and full protocol jumper cable.
